Hi, I’m Macayla and I’m so excited to welcome you to CONFIDENTCULTURE FITNESS
I’m passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals but especially women to embrace their strength, confidence, and inner power through fitness and health. My journey started a few years ago, and every since then I’ve noticed the impact that fitness had not only on my body but also on my mind, self-esteem, and overall happiness. But once COVID hit & the entire world shut down, I got off track and life happened, I had a baby and suffered from PPD for a while, I had a knee injury that caused me to have ACL reconstruction and MCL repair, but I wouldn’t change that process for anything. In fact I thank god for it because it helped me get back to my passion and become a ISSA Certified personal trainer. I specialize in Glutes training, beginner friendly programs, resistance training, HITT and personalized coaching.
I know how intimidating it can feel to start something new, especially when it comes to fitness. That’s why I created this space—to support beginners or anyone who wants to keep growing on their journey with personalized coaching, fun and empowering workouts. We focus on progress, not perfection, and we believe in always giving your self grace but holding yourself accountable. We aim to create a Confident Culture through fitness.
